公司主要從事汽車關鍵零部件的研發、 生產、 銷售。 目前公司汽車空調壓縮機的加工方法、 汽車底盤係統的轉向節、刹車卡鉗共獲得13個國家發明專利，30多個實用新型專利。
Hengyuan mainly engages in research & development, manufacturing and sales of key auto parts, and takes the leading position in machining industry. Currently Hengyuan has obtained 13 national invention patents for auto air conditioner compressor machining and more than 30 utility model patents for fixtures of steering knuckles and braking calipers & brackets.
公司現有科技人員 112人，其中高級工程師 9人，工程師 55人，技術員及助理工程師 40人，工藝專家 8人。 同時我們和大院大所進行合作，把高校的科研力量運用到企業發展中，從加工技術到材料分析，再到夾具夾緊力的有限元分析，在自主研發過程中我們采用三維軟件進行編程和模型設計。目前公司研發中心有雙主軸加工中心、車銑複合中心20台，三維測量儀、拉伸測試機、硬度測試機、輪廓儀等各類高精度測試設備10餘台，具有很強的研發能力。
Hengyuan now has 112 scientific and technical engineers, among which there are 9 senior engineers, 55 engineers, 40 technicians and assistant engineers and 8 process experts. Meanwhile, we cooperate with top universities and colleges, and apply scientific research power of universities and colleges into enterprise development. From machining technique to material analysis, and to fixture clamping force finite element analysis, we use three-dimensional software for programming and pattern design during the independent research and development. Now the R&D Center of Hengyuan has 20 double-spindle machining centers and combined turning and milling machines, more than 10 sets of high precision test equipment, such as CMM machines, extension test machine, hardness tester and contourgraph, and has very strong R&D capability.
After establishing the R&D Center, Hengyuan has optimized new product research and development capability and combined strength for the convenience of new product R&D standardization and industrialization. To meet market development needs, Hengyuan mainly chooses automation and intelligence equipment while buying new machines, and researches and manufactures automotive safety products, with the aim to fill in gaps of domestic private enterprises in machining of auto safety products.
The production line adopts robots or manipulators instead of manual operation, which makes the machining process more stable and product quality further improved. Currently there are 22 sets of robots or manipulators.
